The Band
Andrew Casey and Olaf O'Moore meet at school. At 16, they start a band and run it like a business. Making music, making money, making funky. They don't know it yet, but they're learning the most important lesson: create something that matters, figure out the rest as you go.
Ecocabs
We launch cycle taxis in the heart of Dublin. A mad idea. Pedal-powered transport in a city built for cars. People thought we were crazy. Then brands saw the vision. They sponsored the bikes. The rides were free. Our drivers became brand ambassadors, creating conversations at every corner, building connections one journey at a time. We were making experiences before we even had words for it.
Taking It to the Streets
We brought the experiences to where culture was happening. Festivals. Concerts. Street corners. Brands engaged with real people in real moments. The bikes became conversation starters, brand activations, woven into Dublin's fabric.
Funked Up Fixies
Led by Olaf, we launch a lifestyle brand. Build your dream bike. Choose colors, parts, millions of combinations. We believed people deserved to show their uniqueness, not squeeze into someone else's mold. Some bets paid off. Some didn't. We learned from both.
Evolution
Ecocabs becomes Headcase. We'd built something, tested it, broken it, rebuilt it, and finally understood what we were really good at: creating experiences that shift culture. Time to stop cycling and start leading.
New Directions
Olaf becomes a beekeeper. Because why should founders stay in one lane? We're entrepreneurs, yes. But also artists. Scholars. Beekeepers. Tree huggers. People with many talents who refuse to hide them.
Amilli
We launch a sustainable fashion brand empowering women to show their true selves. Led by Karla, our CFO, because at Headcase, finance leaders launch fashion brands. Another experiment. Another bet that diversity and uniqueness will always win.
Choose and Refuse
We draw a line. No more working with brands that knowingly harm people and the planet. Industries built on addiction and exploitation. We walk away from revenue. We choose values over profit.
We're not perfect. We've worked with brands we wouldn't work with today. But we're learning. We're evolving. We refuse to stay the same when the world demands better.

We realized brands needed more than activation. They needed strategy that transforms. Commercial advisory that moves numbers. We'd always done it, but now we lead with it. Strategic consulting becomes our foundation, not just our follow-through.
